i'm just surprised cause i'm used to Chanel shows having a HUGE AS$ audience. to accommodate press and their VIP clients.

And that's exactly why they usually dont do wholesale ( except for a couple of shop-in-shops, I think) and why their prices are so high. They sell it anyway.

also , is pre-fall supposed to be ready to wear ??

^ I think they have a selection of product samples- make up, different perfumes, some literature and brochures, a couple of pins, maybe a scarf or something like that- cool stuff...B) And Pre-Fall is 'ready to wear' in so far as it is not custom made for each customer, as couture traditionally was, with several fittings and all- but the hand embroidery and that sort of thing means the production is very limited when compared to ready to wear, that actually can be made with machines and by outside vendors...
