haha, i think because most of us would have recently seen the duke and duchess of cambridge get marrried and alll the pump and ceremony and excitiment(royal weddding fever)this one somehow just didnt have all that to me i thought she looked beautifull but there was no royal weddding fever for me i just love to look at brides and weddding pictures .and that why i keeep coming here looking for new pics and to read the new posts.

Same here. I prefer Kate & William as a couple but I liked the Monaco wedding better, it was far more elegant than the other royal wedding. Charlene's hairdo was lovely during the ceremony, I loved the jewel in it.

i have watched both weddings, and i didn't expect it, but i also liked the monaco wedding better, the setting was beautiful and everything very elegant. i also thought that the guests were dressed better and more appropriate than in the kate & wills wedding, where there were a lot of crazy outfits and strange hats...

There was nothing particularly memorable about it. Her dress was blah, the guest's outfits were blah, the setting was blah. You'd think with so many resources at their disposal and all the planning that went into it the wedding would be something you'd remember.

I much preferred this wedding to the British Royal Wedding, but have to say that neither compare to the Swedish Crown Princess' wedding last summer, or to those of the Belgian Crown Prince OR the Danish royal weddings, which were all full of emotion.

Charlene looked absolutely gorgeous - her makeup was perfection. As has been said, the dress was Armani and nothing extraordinarily surprising, but it looked wonderful on Charlene.

The guests were much better turned out than at the British royal wedding.

I feel the same way. Nothing beats Kate and Will's happy faces, but Monaco wedding was more elegant and stylish. I also prefer Charlene's evening gown than the princessy dress of Kate.

Just my two cents, but I also liked this wedding better, because of guests, surroundings, and a much more relaxed atmosphere. But both couples made me feel that if they had to chose they wouldnt have wanted all the pomp and publicity, but rather saw that as a duty. Which I can totally understand, but it made both weddings somehow less emotional. Only Charlene looked as if she was close to tears all the time, but in a different way than - let's say Maxima.

Monaco looks amazing...so beautiful,i want to visit it.
