I think this is a fake - this color is not even on the Luisviaroma (spelling?) site and the proportions look off. The bronze from roz is real, and maybe it looks better in person, but I'm not a big fan. What was Chloe thinking?

I think you're right about the Tan/Beige one being a fake - this really doesn't look authentic at all. The Bronze one from roz is real - I've seen a sample of that one and it's identical.

Does anyone have an opinion on the Blue python one? There's a pic on luisaviaroma (not a particularly good one, but what else is new?) I'm not quite sure how I feel about it in this Blue - any thoughts?

I do actually like the blue.. but is a bit to "trendy" i am thinking with the Nautical theme and everything at leat that is how i would wear it, in a navy way.

Appart from that i don't really se ways to wear it.-

I agree with you - for some reason, the blue just looks like sooooo much blue and as pucci mama points out as well (thanks for the input!), maybe a little too nautical? I'm having trouble thinking that it's just the fact that it's not a neutral color that's making me unsure of it, since I have and love the green. You might be right about the varying shades of green making it less overwhelming. (I know the green probably isn't something everyone would love, but with the right outfit, it's really pretty.)

I originally liked the "idea" of the bronze, thinking it might be slightly more wearable than pewter. But they did the bronze differently than the pewter in that they mixed regular leather with the metallic python, rather than all metallic like the pewter. It makes it kind of busy and I'm kind of on the fence about it.

The brown one on luisaviaroma looks awful as well, but that I blame on the photo. From what I understand, the Fall Brown is supposed to be almost the same as the Summer Brown (all one shade of dark chocolate), but more matte and maybe slightly lighter.

LOL - Yay, glad you love your green too. I always feel like I have to apologize for liking it!!

I think the chocolate brown should be very similar to dudeiloveyou's - (I'm fairly certain his/hers' is the summer version.)

hmm..I dont like the blue, or dark brown color but I do think those pic that klow-chloe posted is not bad. I sort of like the shimmery color it reminds me of a fish.

Thanks. That is what I thought also - and I agree with you that the brown one you posted is very ugly. I'm on the list at Chloe for the brown python - I'm going to take my name off!

What I know for sure is that the two-toned brown was considered Spring and the solid dark chocolate brown was considered Summer. Both were available here (the New York Chloe boutique got both of them). The one that dudeiloveyou has listed looks identical to the Summer version, so it's unlikely that it's a limited edition only available in Europe. Although saying that might make you think it's more valuable, it looks to be the same one. The boutique only got a few in, so they were hard to come by.

The one on luisaviaroma DOES look different and I can't figure out if it's just a bad picture or how the Fall one will look any different if it's still supposed to be a solid dark chocolate brown.

You're right, the "fake-looking" one could well be the "gold" one. That one is more than a little alarming

I think it's real and the colour is not the same with the one on Luisaviaroma website that one is gold and the python part on that one is matalic similar combination like the bronze one where the leather part is darker tan.

I have another look on the pictures from this seller and the zipper inside is look authentic imo.

After comparing the one on luisaviaroma and the one from dudeiloveyou's auction, I do think they are possibly two different dark brown bags.

The dark brown still appeals to me, but I'll have to see it in person to be sure.
Has anyone seen the new F/W brown yet?

I would like to see a good picture of the new brown. If any of you've seen it on ebay please post the picture. I hope the real one look nicer than in shown in the pictures coz the pictures made the bag unattractive.

this is the dark chocolate brown that leshent got in europe and sold on eBay -- it is the same as the one dudeiloveyou is selling and is clearly different from the one on luisaviaroma's site.

Yes - lily that was the chocolate brown which was came out last season and it's different from the new brown on Luisaviaroma at the moment. When I was looking to purchase the two tones brown chloe Bahrain had that choc brown too. I'm still think you are right the colour was limited and only some of the boutiques had stock at that time coz I was ringing around to check what they had at that time. And it is definatly different brown that one the leather and the python are the same colour.

Wow, that new blue looks amazing. It's more of a trendy bag, but the color is beautiful.


The new brown that luisaviaroma has looks like one that was posted here a while back (along with another tan color) that sparked debates on its authenticity because they weren't very attractive.


Anyway, not sure if anyone has seen it yet, but ALDO has its own version of the Silverado. It's nauseating.
