She lost half of her outfit earlier on Monday when she went on a dinner date with her boyfriend Matt Rutler.

And it seems that bizarrely Christina Aguilera has forgotten her trousers again, as she stepped out bottomless for the second time this week.

The 30-year-old Dirrty singer wore just a pair of black underpants and stockings on her lower half as she went shopping at upscale department store Fred Segal in West Hollywood.

Being a fan of her literally since Genie In A Bottle I find it difficult to utter a single bad word about her and even though I think stepping out in just tights is a bad choice, frankly I see worse on the high street. Just because she is a celebrity doesn't mean she should be perfect, we all know she has been having some ups and downs for a while but I'm adamant that she'll be setting Hollywood alight again very soon

I too have been a fan of Christina's since GIAB, well actually since Reflection but I'm not gonna pretend that I was checking for her at that time but I adored the song then and still now. Anyways, even with my absolute favorite artists that I grew up with from childhood (Michael Jackson, Al Green, Anita Baker, Mariah Carey et cetera) if I don't like something, I won't pretend that I do.

To me being a fan of someone isn't so much about never uttering a not so kind word but about being honest about what one enjoys or doesn't from said artist, actress and the beat goes on. Yet everyone is entitled to feel and react how they want of course. I'm a Christina fan but just not of her latest look(s). *shrugs*

i too have been a stan since the debut days. i don't think fans are being delusional when they say she's not giving a f because clearly she's not. countless of magazines and celebs are publicly putting her on blast left and right and the fact that she's continuing to 'do her' shows that she doesn't give a f.

what people are saying is obviously not affecting her. if anything, her mindset is back where it was during her stripped days and that much is clear. this is christina aguilera, the girl who once said she never cared to be on the best dressed listed. when has christina's personal style ever been that praise worthy? when she's not 'in album character', she usually looks a mess. her outfits wouldn't be half as bad if she'd throw on some jeans, but it's clear the leggings aren't going anywhere.

not much is on point with her right now and as disppointing as it is, i have faith that she'll get it together in the coming months. she's made it clear that she's still working through everything that's happened the last year. nothing's going to change until she's feeling it again. christina's never been the type to put up a front and hide her feelings. she's not going to throw on a good weave, a flattering dress, or some nice makeup and call it a comeback when she still feels a mess inside. that's one thing i love about her.

in other news, she just shot a cover for Marie Claire, so be on the lookout!

I disagree than again maybe its because I am a fan and not that of a Stan. Naturally everyone has the right to believe what they want though. We all are just going by what we see, no one really knows what Christina's mindset is and if she does or doesn't give a f*ck.

On the plus side, I look forward to seeing her grace the cover of Marie Claire. It's one of my favorite magazines.

I've also been a fan of her since Genie in a Bottle. I honestly liked her style in the very beginning (totally used to copy her looks from the 'What A Girl Wants' and 'Come On Over' videos ) but it went downhill soon when she started getting experimental with the cornrows and the black hair and such. But quite frankly, I couldn't care less about the way one of my favorite singers dresses. It's much more than that that is wrong with X-Tina at the moment, she's basically making a fool out of herself by wearing the most unflattering clothes in the history of mankind and still caking on tons of make-up and bleaching the hell out of her hair, which seems like a weird thing to do for someone who "doesn't care". I feel like her PR-team is a major fail because they let her reveal way too much about her private life and personal struggles instead of just giving her time to sort things out for herself. While it's great to see a celebrity being honest about such matters I also cannot help but feel it's too much in her case. What's so great about hearing her say "Yes I'm a mess at the moment and I look it and I don't care"? People should take care of themselves, whether they're famous or not. There's nothing wrong with seeming a bit vulnerable at times but she's making herself such a good target for criticism and hate which she wouldn't have to deal with if she just refused to talk about every pound she gained and every tear she cried because of her failed marriage.

Anyways, I've always loved her pictures for Marie Claire (her editorial in Marie Claire UK July 2000 is my all-time favorite shoot of hers) so I'm looking forward to seeing her new cover, too

^maybe my usage of 'she doesn't give a f*ck' was used wrong? i meant it to mean that she comes off like she doesn't care what she looks like most of the time. i don't count the blonde hair and caked-on makeup because those are as second nature to Christina as brushing her teeth is. tbh, i don't think she realizes how bad she looks sometimes.

i feel people give Christina too much credit when it comes to being confident. a lot of things she does, IMO, shouts insecurity. all i know is she's setting herself up for a huge comeback/makeover whenever she does get back on track with everything. that's what i'm ready to see! i'm also very excited for MC!

But she used to have an impeccable style a few years ago. And I'm sure she knows how to dress herself to look great.
She never let herself stepping out of the house in underwear (except that notorious Mtv VMA 2002 outfit), even when she was 20 pounds thinner, so what happened now, when she is not in a proper shape?

I agree with that and it definitely makes sense.

Thunderstorm If you meant her back to basics era, I believe that Baby Jane was incredibly styled. She knew exactly what look and style she was going for. that made it easier for her and Simione to get it right. Christina owns that pin-up look. But It seems as soon as she had max and her marriage started going down hill (early 2009) her style got worse.

In between album eras Christina's look and style usually always falls off a little. However, when its time for a new album she really gets it together. Christina knows how to look good. I think the biggest thing is that when Christina doesn't have a new album, she considers herself on break and out of the public eye. She thinks she's no longer on people's radar. that's why everything about her kinda falls off for a little while. Unfortunately for her, instead of disappearing like she usually does, she's had a movie and a tv show that has kept her very much on people's radars. Had she just been chilling in LA, working on the new album and being photographed every now and then, I don't think her current look would've made as much talk.
