I remember going with my Textiles class at GCSE level, of course this was about six years ago! And during the fashion show our seats were so far away, the photos I did take were of tiny blobs on the stage!

But I really enjoyed going, I'd like to go again sometime.

haha it sucks that your seats were far away! i dont know what it was like 6 years ago, but ive been to the last 2 shows and it was AMAZING. last year, the show was so good!B)

I went the other year and was too far at the ront .. front row seats suck .. aparently the bets seats are the disabled ones on the first teer .. well thats what the security person told me so i moved there .. eprfect view.
I thort the catwalk thing was good ... but the stallls were abismall ... all odl stock form previous seasons
wasnt impressed one bit .. did have a chat with hillary alexander though
And met tara palmertolkinson and saw justin timberlake .. there were a few celebs there .. no one impressive really though.
woudl bother goign again .. that was like 3 years ago thouugh... mgiht go this year got ltos of friends showcasing work in the students bit .. plus all the unis go there so may be usefull

i went 2 years ago and it was quite good. i went again last year and i thought it was amazing. as you said, the show is definitely the best part
i didn't find the stalls quite as good as before, as this one stall with amazing AND cheap clothes suddenly got really expensive the second time!

I went with my GCSE Textiles class too, best school trip there ever was. I remember being really disappointed that the only 'celebrity' I managed to see was Tamara Beckwith. I spent far too much money though, and the fashion show when I went (about 4 yrs ago) was rubbish! I suppose it's improved since then.

ive been to the clothes show for two years now and i'll be going again this year. i love the whole atmosphere and i think the catwalk shows have been really good. I cant wait to go again. The only thing that i didnt like is that its full of cheesy boybands and young children but on the whole its a great day

I also went to the Clothes show for my GCSE in 1999 ha ha!! But anyway, I knew a girl ages ago who was one of the dancers before when I saw it, but I don't know her anymore so can't say who the dancers are now. But if anybody know the names of the dancers or models that they used and tell us then I would be very grateful to know if she still does it. But I won't give out her name for privacy.

^so was she a model or a dancer? i always wondered... i guess they're dancers, but they look like models.

actually it's a combination of both really... because some just do walking and some dance..

i agree with you mustard.. that atmosphere is SO amazing! and i love that they sell some really good clothes cheap too

and i also agree about the boybands.. i was surprised when i saw kenzie from blazin squad there
