To be honest, I think 21 is too young but that's just my personal opinion, obviously. Certainly there is no specific age, but I don't see what the rush is? why not wait a year or two at least and see how you develop as people? Though as no date is set, maybe that is how it will work out. Best of luck to them

My sister got engaged at 23/24, there's nothing particularly shocking about Coco's age. Wouldn't hurt to wait a bit I guess, but who am I to judge? I'm 21 too!
