i recently ordered my first pair of converse, the john varvatos slip-on, off shopbop since they were so cheap. they fit so well and are going to be my go-to shoe for walking from class to class. now, i want the black mono converse slip-ons.

love my converse, i literally wear them all the time...so comfy, but perhaps not so great for my feet and legs given the amount of walking i do in them and the lack of support they give!

yeah they're actually crap for support compared to other runners! But I did get a new pair and they were really soft and comfy, I think it's just cos they wear down cos I wear them so much! I've had one pair since I was 13 that I still wear

I Converse! Pictures of my Converse so far...

And oh my goodness, I have to share that a while ago when I was in a shoe store buying Converse there was this little old lady at the register in front of me, and I noticed she had two boxes of Converse sneakers in her hands, and then I looked down at her feet and she had gold metallic Converse sneakers on. I thought it was the cutest thing, and I want to be like her when I'm older... age 90, and still rocking high tops!

Converse gets together with Comme des Garcons PLAY on overall four sneakers. They worked on the Chuck Taylor and the Chuck Taylor High, each coming in a white and a black colorway. All sneaker feature the PLAY heart logo as a print. On the Chuck Taylor High’s, the round Converse Chuck Taylor logo is embroidered. The white sneakers feature a black stripe on the heel and the black sneakers feature a white stripe on the heel. As a final touch, both logos appear on the inner sole.

no, but it's more than standard chucks and given the fact that they only differ from normal chucks because of that heart, makes me pretty overpriced. what, pay €35 extra just for a printed heart?

what's the sense?
