She's basically fallen back into being an influencer.
Ms Markle might need to demonstrate an ability to be consistently successful at something positive before Vogue would consider her as a solo star, but who knows what the current standards are.
US Harper's Bazaar has always been more of a fan and would probably love to have her, if she would have them (even these days, people seem to hold out for a Vogue cover over Bazaar).
If there's a divorce in 2025, Vanity Fair is your best bet, whether that's with an official interview or not.
