If VI november is only girl, does anybody else think Karlie has a good chance of getting it? I just can't forget the way Meisel gushed about her in that US Vogue article - I guess it's possible Anna had a gun to his head, but he does seem to like her, but so far he hasn't given her enough work to justify his praise. Plus, around this time of the year he likes to give consecutive covers to one girl - Meghan in 2007, Kathrin in 2008.

These only girl edits are almot more exciting - he can use anyone in a group, but if he uses a girl solo it really means he likes her. So if it's someone newish, eg, not Linda, Karen, Sasha, etc etc, it's quite important

Does anyone know when the holiday issue of Vogue Paris is supposed to hit newsstands? I can't remember correctly, but I think it didn't come out last year until well into December. Maybe I am wrong though ! I just have a memory of being super-annoyed that the calendar wasn't revealed until a couple of days before the issue came out, and I remember that Christmas was very near.

I hope this question doesn't come off as annoying in any way , but which Vogue should we expect the next December issue from (as we already have the December issues of UK and Australian Vogues)?

I always get a bit excited about December issues for some reason.

It may have been reported but I don't recall reading it so just in case... Iris is on the cover of the current issue of Hercules. It's a strong B&W portrait, the whole issue is rather good BTW
