About the models for the Lindsay Lohan shoot, maybe it will be one of the Sapphic supermodels of the past couple of years, and by Sapphic supermodels I mean the two models who were rumored to be dating each other: Catherine McNeil and Freja Beha Erichsen. As for the male model, it could be anyone.

That Lohan sisters shoot by Richardson sounds like it may be his most repulsive, tactless and tacky shoot of the year if it adds up to what it sounds like it's gonna add up to. I really really can't stand her and her awful influence not to mention lack of talent and well, looks (these days). Will never understand why she's famous.

Vogue Paris is the only magazine that ever gives me excitement on it's due date. There is something about their covers, content and layout that just scream to me.
Hopefully we see it pretty soon, since Wednesday I have been dying to see a thread for it.

I'm surprised Dazed & Confused didn't put Lady GaGa on the cover yet. She perfectly suits their concept & style. But I hope it's only matter of time and we'll see GaGa on the DC cover soon, maybe after January (Courtney Love is on the cover of January issue).

You can get some sleep now, cos I've just checked the mailbox and there was no VP...

I ended up going to bed after hearing nothing ! Then I got up early this morning hoping to see something finally, but, alas there is still nothing !

I have a feeling that this will be a blow-out issue just because it seems like they aren't sending it to the subscribers to the last minute. Maybe they want everyone to get it at the same time? Afterall, it is supposed to be the Anniversary issue!

Hopefully there are multiple edits with a variety of models. Because Laetitia Casta was chosen, I can't help but think that the issue will be heavily nationalistic. Maybe the edits will be homages to French icons portrayed by modern-day models. Then again, like we haven't seen that from VP twenty times before ! They could feature a woman since every decade the magazine has been published. That would be 9 different editorials. God, I would orgasm !! And no matter how many times I see Lara preened as a Brigitte Bardot doppelganger, I never get tired of it. I could totally see her wearing the gingham pieces from Christopher Kane and also some looks from the rustic, homey Chanel collection. She could play the Lolita, country Brigitte !

Alright, my imagination is wondering too much! This is what happens when my anticipation reaches such crazy heights!

Terry is definitely the Larry Flynt of high fashion photographers ! Though his images are super-raunchy and also sometimes extremely trashy, they always still have a sort of polished aspect to them which puts them on a sophisticated, elegant level. Also, I adore the humor he frequently injects his pictures with. While many people are iffy about him, I am proud to admit that I am definitely one of his fans !

Someone in a few pages back said something about the shoot involving Petey... I'm pretty sure it did because in the Model Behavior Thread, there was something about Lindsay being infatuated with Petey after they worked on a shoot together.

Images of a new photoshoot with Kate Winslet shot by Mario Testino have surfaced online...so perhaps that could mean a Vogue cover sometime in 2010?

From the images i've seen they look like outtakes and not final inclusions, so it's hard to know.

I like seeing Kate, and I like reading her articles. So I'd be happy with having her on whatever cover it will turn out to be.

I just checked what she could be promoting however, and she doesn't even have a movie in production. She's only rumoured to have been cast in a film not being filmed till next year.
