Gemma on US Vogue's shape issue would be super major! It will cause a stir among the local media and the fashion lovers and will GREATLY boost sales of the mag IMO. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Lara's a good choice too (though I personally don't like her. ), though Gemma, with whispers of her comeback and all, it'll be very controversial and interesting. Though yeah chances are it's very slim.

It would definetly be HUGE if Gemma got the cover...I'd appreciate it, that's for sure. But I doubt Gemma would actually make a comeback. I'd stay away if I were her

You know what just occured to me ? It could be Tyra Banks. The release of the April issue would coincide with the premiere of ANTM Cycle 14 (on which Andre Leon Talley is now a judge), which would've just started a week before. And we all know two things: that she has more than enough celebrity to sell a magazine, and that she epitomises 'shape' (whatever it is, I'm assuming curvy here).

Probably not what people want to hear, just my 2 cents .

There's logic there, I agree. But I'm really not sure Anna approves of Andre's decision to the extent that she'd put Tyra on the cover.

God I hope not anyway. That woman makes me cringe like no other.

I always think of Tyra as being more of an Elle girl, she did a lot of editorial for them in her day.

I could actually see Tyra happening on the cover now. Meisel shot her for the VI black issue, I could see him shooting her again for a Vogue publication.

It's not Gemma, unfortunately, but that would've been an interesting idea. I think the amount of recent news coverage on her post-modeling lifestyle might have been misleading

If ever Gemma is on the cover of US Vogue's April 2010 issue, I'd literally jump in my bed and scream "OH YEAH!". Kidding aside, I don't think that'll ever happen especially now that her career is like on the fence of falling down and rising up. But I do hope she'll make her comeback this year just like what she said months ago.

I do also hope that it's Daria. Not Lara, Christy, etc. Let it be Daria.

You read my mind...I actually came in here to suggest a pregnant Jourdan, but she gave birth in December and I doubt they shot April that far in advance. Plus a teenmom may not be what US Vogue would like on the cover. Karolina and Gisele, why not?
