She was the recent winner of UK Celebrity Big Brother (amid a storm of alleged racism from some of the other contestants) so she's momentarily immensely newsworthy, and the smallest whisper of a rumour about her gets a massive headline.

According to Glamurama, Vogue US April will be Scarlett Johansson.
But they say there's something funny going on because (reportedly) this same cover was promised for Natalia V.
I think we're going to have a model cover this year! But I like Scarlett a lot, so I don't mind if it's not now.
