I think Freja must be mortified that she isn't on more Vogue covers, she really deserves it, must be horrible seeing her clone Meghan everywhere. Somewhere a dis-illusioned Freja is locked in a room flicking the lights on and off, twirling her hair and not blinking, reliving her episode with Meisel. Like a modern day Miss Havisham, without the cake all over her face.

but this Abbey Lee doesnt strike to me as an allstar already

I think the only reason that Abbey Lee would fit is the idea that she's not Russian or Canadian, and that January seems to be promising for her. Other than that, I think style_expert is right, she's not really an all-star.

I still think January could mean someone who's getting their first shot in NYFW. Adina perhaps?

This is a longshot, but Heidi Mount is from Utah...

She's kept a surprisingly low profile, considering her VERY successful runway season, but perhaps it's just the calm before the storm..

^^^I actually thought about Heidi earlier today as an option as well (given the Utah connection). I just didn't see how January would be that amazing for her as she really did make a killing last season. Perhaps you're right though Olga, the absence may just be in preparation for a print-tsunami of Heidi Mount...?

In a way, Heidi would make perfect sense. She did all the cool shows, including Prada and Miu Miu, and it'd be SO Meisel to keep her to himself until the cover's out. For the surprise effect, and, most importantly, to get another feather in his starmaker cap.

What good could Jan bring though? All other Jan mags are out already...perhaps couture shows? NYFW doesn't start till Feb right? Or some upcoming ads...like Dior and Jil Sander? Kasia Struss? Or is she Russian...Hmm...no I think we have already mentioned the girl before, given the comment about us by wayne. I'm gonna stick to Toni Garrn...

I think that Kasia would make sense considering how she is kind of an all- star and some of her campaigns will debut in January.

Is it normal for Vogue Italia covers to have this much speculation on here?
