Well, regardless of what you think of Agyness as a person, I think she has done great work with Meisel in the past.

So when should we be expecting to see this VI issue?

I'm just going to talk into the strange suspended silence of tfs at the moment... I can't wait to see what UK HB will do for its February issue, and whether they continue with their current direction or even move things onward in some way. They'll have had a year or two of issues to look back on, to assess how successful they've been with their covers and content.

And they used Alexa Chung on their cover at a time when it seemed totally appropriate - if the news is correct, UK Vogue have apparently decided to use her for a March cover at a time when there's controversy about her - and they're the bloody magazine that made such a fuss about sizing recently, what with Alexandra Shulman's 'letter to designers'. Make up your mind as to what you're promoting! Or are we going to get someone else on the March cover at short notice?

The point is, there was a great time to get hold of Alexa and do a cover. Bazaar did it effortlessly, but Vogue seems to have itself in a bit of a bind where the cover choice who'll ensure the issue sells, is a popular demonstration of something they spoke out about last year.

I think they're making new site, vogue.it but it's still under construction.

In the past year she’s fronted campaigns for New Look and DKNY, as well as starring in edgy editorial for W magazine, despite having mooted that she found presenting a bit more stimulating than modelling.
