First Adele and now Rihanna, UK Vogue's becoming desperate for attention. Rihanna's fresh for British Vogue, I'll give them that one. Although I couldn't be more underwhelmed. I dread to think what the outcome will be, unless Mert & Marcus shot her, I wouldn't shun that either, honeycombchild.

How exactly is having pop stars on the cover of Vogue UK anymore desperate than having an actress?

Wouldn't call it desperate for attention, its a clever decision, I would do exactly the same by placing Rihanna on UK Vogue, even if I like her or not because its bound to sell well I imagine judging by how many hits she has had.

Did her US Vogue cover sell well? Seemed to go down well on Facebook with so many likes ha.

Not bashing British Vogue for upping their sales. A magazine has to do what they have to do. Maybes the disliking I have for pop stars appearing on fashion magazines overpowered the comment I made. Particularly after Adele on the October cover - which doesn't seem to have sold much here.

Adele sold well for Vogue from what I know. Really well in fact..

It sold out in the stores near me in a matter of days - as did the Kate Moss US Vogue - but copies of both magazines did seem to be fully replenished in the last week or so, as if there'd been a restock for a final sales push before the next issues come out.

Natalia V is coming out to Australia to be a guest at the Emirates marquee at the Melbourne Cup on Nov the 1st. I'm wondering if Kirstie may use this opportunity to get her for a Vogue Aus cover.
