Wow, I don't think I've ever seen a black man on the cover of Tatler. Like the shot, especially the plains in the background and the leather gilet Amelia is wearing. Will definitely be getting this. Must say the redesign just keeps getting better and better.
Agreed! It would have been a far better fit for VF. It's very unlike Vogue to go for these kind of divisive subjects. They normally go for the 'correct' political icons, the type who everyone to some extent admire. But because Anna, in her role as overlord, finally have the kind of control over VF to the degree where she's always aware who's working on what, it's not entirely unlikely to assume she poached this piece for Vogue instead. Had she been as adept in her role as the press would claim, she would have known VF could do with the hype which this article will generate. But instead the kind of hype they get is LV maybe buying their September cover.
That's the sort of article that would have appeared in Vanity Fair, but now that nobody reads it anymore, Vogue can muscle in on these exclusives even when the subject matter has little to do with fashion or lifestyle.
