After seeing Serena’s British Vogue cover, I’m now praying Beyoncé is December. And it better be a slam dunk. I’m so disappointed in Edward.

They say that she was gonna be the September cover but that got cancel bc of the BLM. Knowing Beyoncé she might have decide to cancel the whole cover. But I hope she’s the December cover

why would Beyonce cancel a British Vogue September cover due to the BLM? for my understanding the BLM needs as much exposure as possible so that it’s awareness has a higher reach and being Beyonce one of the most famous Black artists ever it only makes sense to cover a major Fashion magazine addressing this same issue.
she also released ‘Black is King’ which might’ve been the original reason for her to book the September issue - Edward is the perfect fanboy for such enterprise.

oh I see! it makes sense too! I wouldn’t have minded Beyonce covering a more political issue of British Vogue though. can you imagine, instead of Adwoa it would’ve been Beyonce channeling the Black Panthers? could’ve been iconic.

I would love a full out fashion cover for Beyoncé, it’s been a while. Full on Haute Couture modified for her, some exotic location(s) as opposed to a studio, multiple hair and makeup looks and great styling that takes her out of her comfort zone but still glamorous and larger than life.

I loved her UK Harpers Bazaar 2011 cover and editorial, if it’s anything like that and hopefully a bit more HF then I’m good.

Can’t imagine a powerhouse like Beyoncé agreeing to a shared cover or a multi-cover. I can’t imagine Edward wouldn’t give Gaga her own issue, either.
