Bahhh no no, the very thought calling myself an athlete makes me laugh!
Noooo i was always a dancer until i was 16, I did tap, ballet and contortion!
The adult ballet classes are really just an hour of stretching and barre work and the rest is just fluff and pointe work
bikram is pretty hardcore but ive been doing it for a while so its more like meditation to me and a way to get rid of stress.
I admire people that can run and run and run and run, i dont think anything i do is any sort of serious exercise!
I hate gyms and working out...icky icky!
