Daily Exercise

Two hours yesterday; cardio, and weights. An hour and a half the day before, strictly cardio. Tomorrow morning's yoga, I don't feel like doing anything today...
Back to work on Tuesday, I think.

I went for a 1hr walk (fast) this morning before work, and played squash for 40 minutes this evening. Squash was a good workout before when I was good at it but tonight I was so flat-footed that every ball had beaten me before I saw it and I barely ran around the court at all! Completely rubbish workout :cry:

So I'm going to go for a run/ walk tomorrow before work too to make up for it :clap:
 
100 press-ups
50 pull-ups
400 sit-ups

Just warming up for tommorow's run...
 
I did 20 mins treadmill, 45 mins bike, 20 mins elliptical and 500 abs

Plus I walked about an hour yesterday.
 
I haven't done anything in days. I must do something tomorrow..
 
ran 3km this morning. and then 1 hour of cardio just now. i feel like i should eat something that contains a lot of calories now. :D
 
I ran for 30 minutes, walked for a hour and I'm going to do some sit ups, push ups etc type excercise a bit later.
 
Another seven miles. 52 minutes. By posting, I encourage myself to go faster.

yesterday i just walked 2 hours or so...
but tonight I will

20 mins run - fast (around 90%)
bike 45 mins (or 20 km, whichever comes first)
elliptical 45 mins
 
Morning walk .. walk to school + back...Walk to mates houses.. Gym as much as possible through the week .. All sorts of classes and weights and stuff .. atleast 4 times a week

ok- this is not strictly on topic, but it does relate to exercise! :innocent:

you know how lindsay use to have (no offence, i'm a lindsay fan too) stumpy sausages, well now look at them!!!! toned, lean and lovely. :cry: What i want to know is, HOW ON EARTH DID SHE DO IT?!! can ppl please suggest the types of exercises/program she would have used?:flower:

boy i'm inarticulate today, :doh: sorry: the whole point to my rabble is- what exercises/routine to follow to tone legs dramatically.
 
i started to take dance classes for an hour and i take an aerobics class 3 x a week ^_^
so i guess i'm going to be in pretty good shape :D
