Daily Exercise

Ran for 20 minutes on my treadmill...
 
3 sets of pushups, 30reps each set.
just had some lunch, more to come later
 
I ride my bike everywhere - so that is part of my daily workout.

I also have the Pilates Performer which I also use daily - it is incredible!
 
I've done about two hours worth of walking today so far, and I'm going to go for a twenty-five minute run later this evening, and then I'll go do some weights and stretching at the gym afterwards.
 
1 mile warmup
1 mile x 3 times @ 6:30 min each
1 mile cooldown
5 miles treadmill @ 7mph
Lifted shoulders/back/tris
Abs
 
yesterday I ride my bike for about an hour and then some walking
today I'm planning to go swimming
 
I'll probably do some walking today and have an easy day at the gym. I worked hard at the gym the last two days and maybe I should have an off day to relax my body a bit, since it had been a month since I had gone to the gym so I don't want to shock my system. I really do want to go to the gym but is it too much too fast?

3 miles on the course, reeeally slow
Lifted Chest/Bis
Abs
Stretch

I didn't go swimming but I did go running

I'm supposed to do yoga today, but we'll see. I'm really tired. I should, because tomorrow I'll have a hungover after my housewarming party tonight, and then I can't do anything..

yesterday 40 minutes treadmill and 30 minutes weight training.
 
This may sound dumb ... but how much should we be exercising a day and when (between meal intervals). When are our bodies most receptive to exercise?? What is the best thing to eat when u r working out.

I do 1 hour workout video (cardio) per day and fitness ball exercises
Walk my dogs on the beach
 
One hour of cardio at the gym (5 days a week):

30 minutes on the elliptical at level 6,7 and 8
10 minutes on stair master
20 minutes on bike at level 7 or 8

I like to do Pilates about twice a week too, and lift weights twice a week. Ideally!! I have been bad for the past few weeks, and so I am starting to get back into it.

This thread is great motivation!
 
40 minutes elliptical and abs plus weights for legs. Also a one hour walk to the liquour store and back :D
 
^ Dancing is definitely a fantastic workout.
