I've done about two hours worth of walking today so far, and I'm going to go for a twenty-five minute run later this evening, and then I'll go do some weights and stretching at the gym afterwards.
I'll probably do some walking today and have an easy day at the gym. I worked hard at the gym the last two days and maybe I should have an off day to relax my body a bit, since it had been a month since I had gone to the gym so I don't want to shock my system. I really do want to go to the gym but is it too much too fast?
I'm supposed to do yoga today, but we'll see. I'm really tired. I should, because tomorrow I'll have a hungover after my housewarming party tonight, and then I can't do anything..
This may sound dumb ... but how much should we be exercising a day and when (between meal intervals). When are our bodies most receptive to exercise?? What is the best thing to eat when u r working out.
I do 1 hour workout video (cardio) per day and fitness ball exercises
Walk my dogs on the beach
30 minutes on the elliptical at level 6,7 and 8
10 minutes on stair master
20 minutes on bike at level 7 or 8
I like to do Pilates about twice a week too, and lift weights twice a week. Ideally!! I have been bad for the past few weeks, and so I am starting to get back into it.
