Daily Exercise

yesterday:
30mins stairmaster
15mins rowing machine

ohh i suck :(

today:
thinking about getting off my *** and turning the comp off and going to the gym... it's exercise in itself trust me!
 
Today..

pilates class (1h15) and maybe a 10 min walk... I took the bus instead of walking like I always do :ninja:
 
i do six dance classes a week but thats all in the space of 4 days.a nd sometimes i try and walk for an hour a day
 
^ida, how do you like spinning and for how long time have you been doing it? i want to try it but i'm afraid it would be too hard for me. :blush:

..well. this morning i ran - or that would be jogged i suppose - around 10km.

In fact I've done it for about 2 years, 3 times a week or something likely. Unfortunately I had a break with all kinds of physical exercises the time before and after I graduated, so I'd just started again.

I really love it, because it's such a good way to come out with all your energy (and aggressions ;) ). Spinning doesn't demand anything else than all your power and you're told what to do all the time. It is hard, but like all other kinds of sport, you'll get better and better. And I suppose there are "starter teams" in many sport clubs.

Try it at least one time, but remember to bring 2 bottles of water and a towell, cause you'll need it :p
 
Yesterday: 1 1/2 hour of hard spinning
Today: 1 hour of workout + 5km outdoor biking (probably a short run later)
 
Morning- 30min jogging on treadmill
Afternoon- 35min elliptical, weight training, yoga

Everyday. :)

1 hour pump class
2 hour walk in the morning
and a few weights

:furious: i hate my body at the moment :(

^I know, thank you :flower: But I live nearby a big forest and I figured that I would get home before it darkened, but no. Pretty scary.

Wow everyone here does so much exercise! I'm lucky to fit in an hour a day!

Today I did a 1hr powerwalk
 
For those who have busy schedules (like me), and don't have time for the gym, which would you prefer?

Jogging early morning, or joggine early evening? I can't decide which I rather do, because I'm a lazy bum in the morning, but towards the evening, I have lots of hw. :\
