Daily Exercise

against all my beliefs, waking up very early in the morning is not that hard.

I'm not more tired in the evening, no matter how early i woke up. I'm not sure if I could do it every day though, just 3 or 4 times a week

I did that once..when i lived in Stockholm (the gyms in Italy opens at 10, closed on weekends...) but I kinda fell asleep when we were doing the sit-ups...:blush:
 
I go walking/jogging/running 2 miles a day. Been going every other day though, since the car accident I was in a couple weeks ago:doh:
 
10 mins rower
20 mins arc trainer (kind of like elliptical)
Various weights/ toning
Abs
30 mins treadmill (5min walk, 5 min jog)

Now if only I didn't cancel out my good work with food! :p
 
45 mins jogging on the treadmill
15 mins of yoga
sitting on an exercise ball while on tFS
 
hey is it better to work out in the morning or in the afternoon? or is there no difference?
 
Thursday: 1 hour of spinning
Today: 1 hour of workout

fleur: I don't think it matters. Except for the fact that doing excersises in the morning loads you w. energy and helps you remain fresh and concentrated through the day.

I think it depends. I tried in the morning, though I get very energized, I get so tired by 3pm. So, I think I prefer to do it at night, that way I can go home, shower and hit the sack.
 
how do you organize your days? Like as in when you wake up to sleep where do you fit in excersize?
 
I'd also like to know! I wish I could find time to excercise especially work in some cardio in the mornings but I cant wake up earlier than 6a.m and I have to be out the house by 7a.m
 
I think a good time to exercise will be the time when you can make it. I don't exercise on a regular hour, because my time is erratic. I will just slot in an hour whenever I can out of a day.

What does sitting on an exercise ball do? I'm curious because my exercise ball is deflated and so not utilised.
 
^^Sitting on an exercise ball is improves balance, it's also good the abs. I love my exercise ball.
 
I feel like all my hard work at the gym is finally paying off :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

I went there again this morning (I usually go with my mom, whom I see a lot more now that we go to the gym together. it's actually kinda fun, and usefull too, now I can't stay in bed when I've made plans with someone.

and yesterday I did yoga. it's so boring compared to gym, but I feel amazing after a workout
 
Ok...I know I'm supposed to post what I've already done,but I'm just about to leave for the gym now and I want to subscribe to this thread while I can find it:lol: .I need to become a regular fixture here...
 
i've been slacking the past couple of days! Tonight I have to get my butt to the gym before I eat two tofurkeys!
 
Did my 45 minutes on the treadmill...thank someone that's over:lol: .
Spinning tomorrow!
