Daily Exercise

15 minutes on the treadmill (alternating between 3.5 speed with 1.0 incline & 3.5 speed with 2.0 incline)
15 minutes on the bike (5.42 miles

15 minutes on the elliptical
stretching
& a whole lot of walking

10min on the bike

I know it's not many, but I was feeling really sick :sick:

Today I've joined a new gym where I can do musculation, the normal gym, swimming, sauna and jacuzzi. :D:D

Hi Novella, I've an easy question for you... :blush:
I've seen you follow a routine, and I think it's very good!! :) I wanted to go to the gym and do the same as you do, but when I arrived there a trainer told me about doing treadmill+elliptical+bike and then do the 'machine' work...
And you know, there're always like 30 big boys :lol: doing their work-out like superheroes... And I don't feel comfortable doing that. I mean, I'd prefer to do only bike+treadmill+elliptical, then abs and some stretching. Or swim once a week, go to the jacuzzi another afternoon...
The question is, I don't feel like telling that to the trainer, because I've just arrived at the gym, and she'd be like :ermm:...:lol:
I'll be very glad if you try to help me :blush:

Kate_Moore, I don't know if your idea of working out is a good one, maybe novella can help you more there, but I'm a gym girl so I'd recommend getting in there, don't worry about all those buff guys!! They'll only be impressed that you're working hard ^_^ And since it seems you have a nice trainer, she should be able to guide you well which helps a lot!
 
what do you guys who work on your abs like to do best?> sit-ups? crunches?
