doing their work-out like superheroes... And I don't feel comfortable doing that. I mean, I'd prefer to do only bike+treadmill+elliptical, then abs and some stretching. Or swim once a week, go to the jacuzzi another afternoon...

And since it seems you have a nice trainer, she should be able to guide you well which helps a lot!
