Daily Exercise

today I did Half an hours mad dancing on my own with the blind shut (its that mad)
25 push ups lol
30 sit ups
 
walked around outside a lot (didn't count the miles)
35 minutes strength training/lifting weights (abs, back, arms, etc..not legs today)
 
You guys are all very inspiring!!

I'm trying to wean myself back into exercising by doing things that I enjoy! So I've been walking everyday for at least 30minutes with a family member or friend & I've been teaming that up with either 100 (minimum) crunches or a 30min pilates or yoga session.

Here's to a toned body!
 
slept in today and didn't exercise :ermm:
yesterday though, did around 40 min of strength training (lower body and abs) and lots of walking
the day before also just did a lot of walking in the city

tomorrow want to do strength training mainly with my arms, and then maybe either the elliptical or walking outside..

I don't know if it's a good therad for my questions but :
what don't we have to do as exercies to not gain muscular volume?
 
Yesterday:
stretching
30min. ballet exercises
1h in this machine - can anybody tell me its name? :D (I'm wondering it's just a step machine..?:unsure:)

^i'm not sure-- is that the machine where you take tiny quick steps up and down (not sure if I'm explaining it right)?

today i did an hour on the elliptical at the gym..too cold to do anything outside (lows in single digits F, plus lots of wind--arg!)
 
^yes, you just stand up and work out as if you were going up & down on the stairs

I so want to go for my daily walk but it's so freezing outside I can't even leave the house! I feel so restless just sitting and doing nothing. :P
