Daily Exercise

The elliptical was soo hard for me at first !! I was so angry because I would have preferred a treadmill.I couldn't get past ten minutes!!! I was really proud when I hit 35 minutes
I wasn't even tired!- just bored. Thats why I watch tv :)

Wednesday evening I jogged/walked to the library 2 miles total. On my way back I got too close to an iron fence, hit my elbow and bruised that! Onto the real running...went to the lakefront and my left foot got caught in my right shoelace and I took a dive on the sidewalk. It was as if I was sliding into home base. I got up and ran two more miles, which may have been a mistake because 2 days later my knee is very swollen. Got a nice amount of road rash and bruises as well. In fact...here is a picture of my arm and me feeling sorry for myself!

Has anyone tried Tracy Anderson's Dance Aerobics DVD?? She's the much hyped personal trainer of Madonna & Gwyneth and her DVD is only available from her site (I can't find any reviews on it)...has anyone tried it? I'm curious.

Yesterday I got a work out from moving stuff around the house and painting since we're fixing the wooden floor in some rooms of the house.
the day before I used the treadmill
I'm thinking maybe I should try to go to the park today to avoid the noise pollution in the house.

Yesterday was crazy busy, didn't fit a work-out in. This morning, woke up early and ran 2.2 miles. I'm probably going to start focusing more on weight training to tone myself up for the summer...:innocent:

I am so lazy and awful and did nothing yesterday or today!

Unless roshamboa'ing beer tonight counts. Ah, trivia. But I'll make up for it Monday! I am going back to running, so hooray!

15min stepper & 100 abd (morning)
20min walk
30min bike
45min pilates lesson
45min steps lesson (ending it with abd. series and exercises for butt)

700 Sit-ups.

Today:
Warm up, stretch.
Twelve sets of dumbbell bench press.
Four sets of pull overs.
Four sets of dumbbell flys.

Im finally able to work out again.

Did 30 mins on the treadmill and weight training yesterday, and today I did a mile on the treadmill and ten miles on the bike.

Chris, you're, like, my inspiration! You are on the ball when it comes to exercise. I am a lazy girl! :D

I did walk about a mile today. Tomorrow I am going for my first run with an old buddy, so that's going to be real fun. I'm starting light with getting through my old four mile, so!
