I'm not sure what to do about this race. My knee is still sore, I think I can make it through 3 miles, but the knee is something I don't like to mess around with. It may be a "game day " decision!50min walk

But I'm having a terrible day, I dunno why... WHY!!!!!???? Yesterday wasn't good at all neither... This is definitely not gonna be my week. And tomorrow the gym is closed because it's holidays... WHY???!!!!

I did walk about a mile today. Tomorrow I am going for my first run with an old buddy, so that's going to be real fun. I'm starting light with getting through my old four mile, so!
