loves this too, especially with a good friend and you can talk and talk and talk all the time..
the same thing is really cool while inlining (do not know if the word really exist..:o)
oh yeah. i can also walk hours with a friend! time goes so fast and you really almost forget that you are working out ! :)
 
painting is such a good workout! I remember painting my room last year and seeing quite a difference on the scale.

Painting is a good workout for you arms especially when you have to paint the ceiling!
 
Yay! :clap: You're increasing! Try to maybe do 2 laps more each time you swim! Good job :)

Hahah, Im not sure if I do 30 or more...but anyway, today was a lot of ppl there, so...was complicated, lot of traffic really lol

In just 1 lap I hit 3 ppl one by one :lol:, was like I hit one...stoped and continue, passing 8 seconds another one, and I stoped again, and then another one:doh::woot:
 
hadn't been able to do as much this week as i would have liked...

this morning: 25 minutes of weight training, ran 4.4 miles.

I finally started again and I'm glad I did! I feel so good. I did 35 minutes powerwalking on treadmill and 35 minutes on the elliptical. :)
 
Okay, since my bday haven't done anything apart from walking a little bit more... Today, Sunday, did 35min on the stepper but my thights are burning, not burning but they ITCH!!! God, it's annoying, I can't stop scratching them. Anyone knows why?!

I completed my usual routine this week. Although yesterday, and today, have been incredibly achy. Neck, back, and legs are just so stiff. So, been stretching today aswell, which seems to have helped. B)

Maybe it´s because it´s hot and you sweat a lot, so...ur skin becomes
dehydrated and causes that; I believe is in that way, to be it happens always when are high temperatures:flower:
 
1hr of Power Yoga, now my body is tired.
My butt is aching, haha.
