Daily Exercise

morning pt = push ups, crunches, scissor kicks, flutter kicks, star jumps, burpees, extended burpees

gym = 45 mins x-trainer at 80-85% of max heart rate 5 mins before and after 60% max heart rate cooldown
 
stretched for 20 minutes
ran for 50 minutes on the treadmill
biked for 20 minutes on a stationary
stretched again for 15 minutes
 
Just realized that I haven't posted in this thread for awhile. Great work everyone :flower:.

Today I ran 3 miles and did daily ab exercise. Feeling good!
 
Today(this morning)

  • Gym
- 10 min of ellyptical to warmup
- 1:00 h of weight training
- 10 min of ellyptical to finish the training
 
off to run... probably the usual 2 miles but maybe more if i can push myself <3
ta ta!
 
I have been bad the last couple of weeks, but I managed to run on Weds, Spin on Thurs for about 45 mins.

I'm back on track this week, spinning on Mon, Teus, Thurs and Sat plus weight training and I'm thinking about taking boxing lessons!

I do want to get a bike this summer, just something for cruising the neighborhood/bike paths, Any recs. are welcomed please..thanks Tfs'ers
 
I have my own exercise programm and I try to do some hatha yoga too ( even tho Ive been skipping on it as of late shame on me hehe). I like the fact of being able to work out at home, got all I need for that ( jumping ripe, fitball, medicine ball, weights, bike, etc.) The only thing thats missing is time and patience but all in all I love it. Each time its soooo not easy to actually get at it but right after it I feel so energized , love the feeling.

Today just had a nice long walk with someone special. Better then no sport at all. Plus we played a bit of speedminton.

i think i'm having a bit of a gym overdose: the mere thought of going in there with the stuffy air and the smells and the uniforms made me nauseous last night, so i just put on a pair of shorts, grabbed my ipod and went running in the park.

there is a nice trail with several stairs, i went around for 45 minutes, it was a great run, very challenging!
