I have been bad the last couple of weeks, but I managed to run on Weds, Spin on Thurs for about 45 mins.
I'm back on track this week, spinning on Mon, Teus, Thurs and Sat plus weight training and I'm thinking about taking boxing lessons!
I do want to get a bike this summer, just something for cruising the neighborhood/bike paths, Any recs. are welcomed please..thanks Tfs'ers
