^^What you really want to know exacly?
Well, what does one do in these situations? Im totally clueless when it comes to excercising...all I can think of is jumping jacks, squats, pushups and crunches.
...I tried a power yoga DVD for some time but it was too long and slow and had no cardio. DVD suggestions...specific excercise suggestions...ideas on working out while traveling...would be good I guess...


kinda mad that I didnt find the time but I'll make up for the lost mile tomorrow!
