13 Feb - Chest / Biceps
14 Feb - Spin class, back and legs
15 Feb - Shoulders / Triceps

Haven't had the time to hit the gym these couple of days, but I hope to resume tomorrow!
 
I have terrible big calves due to lots of running when I was little, is there ANY WAY i could possible make it smaller, help pls !!
 
Agh. I hate being ill and not being allowed to workout when I am.

You workout bunnies make me jealous.

Today I did 1hr quick walking
And a 'bums,legs and tums' session at the gym
 
today: 1hour elliptical, 30 min treadmill, lower body exercise, and crunches
 
Does anyone find that using the elliptical builds up leg muscles more than jogging on the treadmill?
 
^ not sure what you mean...it doesn't build my leg muscles in terms of strength, nor is it known to per research, but it doesn't generate as much calorie burning as jogging on the treadmill supposedly, which could account for "building up" or bigger legs...if I understand your question correctly.

today: 2 1/2hrs Ashtanga + dog walk
 
Jazz class again-it's week 3 out of 4 and it's really beginning to make me ache as it get's harder.

Plus 1.5 hours brisk walking
 
yesterday: 1 hour elliptical, 1 hour pilates on the Allegro machine
today: 1 hour elliptical, 25 min jog on treadmill, and biceps, triceps supersets
 
20 Feb - Shoulders
21 Feb - Legs, biceps and 1 hour spinning class
22 Feb - Chest, triceps and abs

Rest day today!
 
Yesterday was my off-day, before it i did lots at least one hour cardio and some light weight lifting.

today: 1 hour elliptical, 30 min treadmill and i did, to change my routine, heavy weights again for my biceps, triceps. i need to stop being scared of lookin like Schwarzenegger when i use little heavier weights :rolleyes:. it is not like i am pumping 40kg :lol:
