- Swimming - 1 hour & 10 min - more than 50 laps (Im tired of counting the laps I just swim & forget about everything else)
 
today: 20mins running, 10mins bike, 60 elliptical, 3 sets of core, arm workouts and abs.

haha, i had lot of energy today.
 
Yesterday: 60min NYC Ballet workout. Made my way through the warm-up, stretches, abdomen and floor barre. Love how I feel after the workout - so graceful and tall.

Yesterday: stretches and squats, also tried some handstands and cartwheels. I used to be very good at these, but I haven't done them in a long time.
