yesterday, friday 24th 15min running in trademill, abs/back+arms workout, 15min running in trademill and some stretching.
Whole workout took about 50minutes.
today, saturday 25th Biking to town it is about 8km, shopping (lot´s of walking and trying clothes on, you can count that as workout), biking back to home (another 8km).
Yesterday: 30min stationary bike, arms, abs and some stretching.
Today: arms, NYC Ballet workout warm-up, stretching and abdominals and some minutes on the stepper.
Monday - half hour Powerplate, 1 hour Boxercise.
Yesterday - 1 hour Aerodance, 45 mins Pump & Tone.
Aiming for at least half hour Powerplate today and some cardio but will see how it goes!
