Daily Exercise

Locked myself out of my apt yesterday and locked my gym gear in so I got no workout done, but did walk around town for about 4 hours while I waited for flatmate to get out of work and let me back in!

Was a bit tired this morning but got motivated by the pics of Jessica Biel at the Met Gala and did 25mins on the powerplate at lunch. That has perked me hope and will hopefully get some cardio in later!
 
No running as I have major calf ache, trying to let it rest:
5 min warm up on the float machine thing [what is that called?!]
15 minutes on the stepper
10 minutes on the rower
And about half an hour weights and various resistence machines
 
Put in a lot of effort yesterday as I don't expect to do much today apart from playing violin and walking. So, did:

25 mins Powerplate
30 mins Bodystep
30 mins Lower Body Blitz
45 mins AeroCombat
30 mins Fitball Sculpt
 
30 min strength training:
- crunches (2x20)
- crunches with twist (2x20)
- seated dumbbell triceps extension (2x15)
- standing abduction (2x20)
- lying abduction (2x20)
- stretching

will do some cardio later

It's really good to keep you focused on working out everyday day.
