Daily Exercise

10k run in about 32 mins. pretty good time considering i've been quite lazy this week.
must train more! :huh:
 
15 minutes on the eliptical machine

15 minutes of weights
 
I ran for an hour this evening,this morning I woke up and did some yoga and core stretches.And I pushed a man in a wheelchair up a steep hill.Counts as exercise,right? (and being a good Samaritan)
 
^pushing man/woman who is in wheelchair is HARD, and even harder if that person is not from the smallest side. I know this becasue I was working 2 years in elderly house.

Yesterday:

easy running for 40min.
walking 1 and half hour with dog.

Today:

Morning I woke up and did nordic walking for 1hour.
