It all depends on what you're looking for. If you're after building up your core and stability perhaps stick with the ball sit-ups, however if you want a some nicely visible abs there are a variety of exercises available such as floor sit-ups, leg raises, oblique twists, overhead rope crunches, decline sit-ups etc. Not all at once though haha.
Whatever you choose, once your sets start to go stale add some weight to keep you progressing![]()
