Daily Exercise

It all depends on what you're looking for. If you're after building up your core and stability perhaps stick with the ball sit-ups, however if you want a some nicely visible abs there are a variety of exercises available such as floor sit-ups, leg raises, oblique twists, overhead rope crunches, decline sit-ups etc. Not all at once though haha.

Whatever you choose, once your sets start to go stale add some weight to keep you progressing :)

Today:
- Morning: 20min step + some exercises, not much though

- Afternoon: 15min power walk, 1h Wii Fit

Not much......I'm disappointed. :doh:
 
30 minutes running/walking. (walking @ 6km/hour & running @ 8km/hour)
 
30 minutes running/walking. (walking @ 6km/hour & running @ 8km/hour)
 
45mins swim
1 hour walk
3.5 hours running around at work
50 squats ( i do these every night while brushing my teeth!)
 
yesterday, 25min run, 35min walk

today, 30min run, 10min lunges, situps etc
 
30min morning walk
60min weights training

10mins jogging home, noticing how pretty everything is in the rain.
 
10 hour walk
45mins swim
3 hours running around at work
50 sqauts

and i swear going to school should count as exercise.. my school is all stairs!
