Daily Exercise

Tuesday: 30 minutes running/walking (walking @ 6km/hour & running @ 9km/hour)
 
1hr treadmill walk.
Started reading whilst on the treadmill rather than just listening to music. Getting so much more study done :D
 
5 mile bike.
Lat pull down - shoulder press - chest press.
Twist back extension.
 
pretty much try and do the "20 minute workout" everyday. love aerobics
 
yesterday, 6k run and 15mins mat work
today, 5k run and 15mins mat work

sometimes i feel like i'm getting less fit, the more i do...:stuart: :lol:

6km run, 4km walk... started my training for 10k today.. oh dear :lol:
 
1 hour walk
1.5 hours latin dancing
20 min circuit
3 hours on my feet at work
school all day
40min swim
50 squats
