Daily Exercise

20 min incline interval run.
Medicine ball exercises.
Bicep/chest press.
Overhead seated row.
 
1 hour run hopefully i can make myself do another 20 mins of Pilates, but i'm a little lazy atm :ninja:
 
60 mins power vinyasa hot yoga
30min walk.
later on ill walk another 45min, work all night and swim for half an hour.
 
Yesterday: 15 minutes bike, 15 minutes steps, 15 minutes treadmill on an incline.

Today: 40 minute vigorous walk
 
do it! it's the best $5 I've ever spent!! :lol: it took me a couple weeks to be able to jump into the hundreds (I take a 30 second breather every 100 jumps) but after a month or so, I can honestly say it's been the most visibly effective way of exercising I've ever tried... really works wonders for toning, calorie burning and endurance!



Today I've just done the 500 jumps but hope to get in some pilates later too. :blush:

Twist back extensions.
Medicine ball exercises.
Bicep/chest press.
