A bit of badminton
Bicycle exercise: 20 min
Elliptical: 40 min
 
1 hour walk
3 hours on my feet at work
30 mins swimming (trying not to freeze / get hypothermia as it is winter now)
 
yep, it's winter in the southern hemisphere right now

1 hour run
7 min bike ride until some nail killed one of my tires:judge: + 15 minutes fast walking (back home)
 
45min walk
4 hours running around at work
20 min swim
school all day.
finally going to yoga tomorrow, havent been in so long - working too much!
