8 min solid 100% sprint (wish the train station was closer to the yoga studio >__<)
20 min swim
 
tuesday: 35 mins inline skating
wed: little bike ride
yesterday: 1 hour bike ride + 55 min run + 10 mins butt exercises
 
Day 3 of Couch to 5K - 30 minutes walking/running
