Daily Exercise

Been doing Bikram Yoga for the past week and a half and I feel great! :woot: Not to mention my skin is glowing!
 
60 minutes on the treadmill, usually at a speedwalking pace with some incline. I like low impact exercise, if I do high impact, I get so hungry and it defeats the purpose of working out in the end!
 
Today I did 15 minutes on the elliptical, 10 minutes on abs/legs, 10 minutes on arms.

I just realized I've gone to the gym 6 out of 7 days this week! *pats self on back*

Maybe this is a question for a different thread, but does anyone have an exercises or even advice on how to lose muscle from your arms? I'm actually an aspiring model and mine are 10 inches around the bicep :/ but the guy at the gym said it is mostly muscle. I played basketball, soccer, volleyball, and soccer when I was younger so I suppose that's the culprit :unsure:
 
yesterday: 60 minutes bike ride.
today: 50 minutes doing weights at the gym.
 
I do 1 to 2 hours of exercise daily.
I take different classes.. from dance, box, core ball,.. to bosu which does miracles to my upper thights xD
Planning to start up with ballet again, once I move to London :D
 
Yesterday:
1h Zumba (tried it for the first time, loved it!)
10 min slow rowing to finish up
 
35min walking/running
2 km rowing
10min stationary bike
30min weights
1h yin yoga
 
Yesterday and today: 10 km jog

Easy peasy yesterday, horrible as hell today :ninja:. Tomorrow I'll probably go to the gym as it's supposedly going to rain all day *sigh*
 
Added to today afternoon:
biking around in the city doing errands
10min stationary bike + 1h KILLER zumba
