While I haven't been following her eating plan because I eat very healthy already I'm on my last week of her 12 week program (for her first exercise book) and for the 12 weeks I've been doing a combination of arms, legs and cardio workouts Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with either LISS or HIIT for the days in between.
It's been a tough road but I know that my mental and physical fitness has improved a lot I plan to do her guide all over again and make it a healthy lifestyle habit rather than it being a one off
