Monday: 6 mile bike ride, free weights, 20 minutes cardio
Tuesday: 6 mile bike ride
Wednesday: 12 mile bike ride
 
Friday: 6 mile bike commute
Saturday: weight training
Monday: 6 mile bike commute, weight training
 
tues-fri 6 mile bike commute
Saturday: 45 minutes weights 15 minutes cardio
Sunday: Hiking
 
Monday, Tues, Thurs, Fri: 6 mile bike commute
Tues: weight training
Weds, Thurs, Fri: 30 minutes cardio
 
Sunday: 45 minute gym routine (bike/weights/squats)
 
Saturday: 6 mile bike ride, weight training
Sunday: 30 minutes cardio
Monday, Tues, Weds; 6 mile bike ride
Also Weds; 30 minutes cardio
 
Tuesday: 45 minute gym routine (bike/weights/squats)
 
Thurs: 6 mile bike commute, 30 minutes yoga
Friday: 30 minutes yoga
Saturday: 30 minutes yoga, kettlebell swings, 30 minutes cardio
 
Sunday: Hiking
Monday: Hiking
Tuesday: 6 mile bike ride, weights
Wednesday: 3 mile walk
 
guys.. i need to exercise in order to lose weight...the problem is i'm struggling now with weak knee joint and Arthritis...the doctor said i shouldn't bend them at all for at least 2 months...
do you know any kind of exercise that i can do without harming my knees???
 
I would ask my doctor if they have suggestions for any types of exercises, you can at least do upper body weights, pushups, bench press, plank things like that I'm sure but I don't want to give you advice that will hurt your progress healing. If you are insured ask your Dr. to give you a referral to see a physical therapist too.
