Daily Exercise

...Today I did....

... 2hours Yoga class...
... and my daily routine without pilates exercises....
...:boxer: :muscles: :p...
 
ran for 30 minutes
10 chin ups...I don't have good upper body strengh:(

That's ok..you have to push yourself at times, but also remember to build up your strength and stamina!! Keep on keepin on :)


JATE- I was going to suggest more stretching too...maybe like yoga stretches?

yesterday - 2 hours fast walking in the morning
usual 30 push ups
2 hours Depeche mode concert in the night:woot:
8km walking after the concert due the lack of transportation:p
today - 3 hours walking
30 push ups
 
yesterday did 40 mins on elliptical trainer ...over 4 miles wowza. And then came home did 50 crunches...not a lot but I wasn't feeling well! and some pilatessss.
 
105 squats. I began to do them last Saturday, and they were only 80, then each day I added 5 more :-) But comparing with you guys it seems I don't do anything at all :D
 
To be quite h onest with you all, i'm a guy, 5'9 130Lbs, Size 29 Or 30 Waist ( i think thats a 4 or 6 in womens size...) And pretty tone... what do i do? Portion Control!! Organic Food, Lots of tea (This new Teavana place ...like strabucks for tea, sells appetite supressent tea!!) And 45 Minutes of yoga/Pilates alternating everyday....never had anyone complain bout my bod ;-)
 
alaframboise, you are a man, which makes you the minority on this thread, and leaves me compelled to point out that your metabolism is naturally much higher (than a womans)- making it much easier for you to maintian a lean physique... good for you though!
Tonight i'm going on a run, 3-5 miles, at a park! whoooo change of scenery! i cant wait
 
I did 45 min on the elliptical trainer today and I'm going to do some yoga today....
