Recently I've been running 6km a day and doing another half an hour on the elliptical - is that enough? Also, I'm kind of scared to start weight training because I don't want to get huge muscle bulges all over the place, but is it possible to just tone the muscles and lose some weight by lifting weights?

( ) and icing it and laying off running. I am going to ask my chiropractor for some advice as well (he's into sports injuries b/c he is the Cleveland Brown's chiropractor) but do any of you have any other ideas about helping it heal or excercises I can do to keep stress off of it. Thanks in advance for any ideas you may have.
