there's no such a thing as spot reducing.. do cardio (jogging, walking, aerobic, swimming..) to lose inches, though it will effect on your whole body :flower:
 
20 min Mari Winsor Pilates Class (Mari, sorry for bad spelling yesterday :))
 
^ That class is great! I love the ones for abs and then the other one for butt and thighs!
 
I usually do about 15 mins exercise a day, plus I walk pretty much everywhere, lol. I wish I had motivation to do moreeeeee!
 
right...i need to do some exercises...does anyone know of any websites?

I did Accelerated Body Sculpting (Mari Winsor Pilates)

and I feel great!
 
so far today... 30+ minutes of pilates

and I'm going to run and do the rest of my exercises in a bit^_^

ran 3 miles, walked 1/2 mile or so
30 jumping jacks
resistance band exercises
 
yesterday: 35' elliptical / 35' stationary bike / 5' abs
why is it that the elliptical burns so much more calories than the bike? it's at least twice the amount.
 
PLEASE guys, be pleased for me...this is my first day of exercise and i did it :D im so proud too :blush:

today:

200 calories on exercise bike
3000 steps walking around the apartment :rofl:
20 sit ups
20 (pull up rope thingies...not sure what its called)
7 mins on trampoline



( is that good...i dont know :unsure: )
