20 min abs/stretch

ive taken a good 4 or 5 days off from working out...
couldnt find the motivation...

but i'm back...

40mins power 90 workout dvd
10mins abs
20mins walking

Oh definitely. It's tough to fit in workouts when you have a full time job. I have the same problem! I've found that the best way I can fit in a workout is to ride my bike to work (8 miles each way) pretty often.

I miss being in school, and being able to have the time to get into great shape. :(

Anyway, today was a ride-my-bike-to-work day. It was sooo windy near the lake, but I made fairly good timing. :)

Well, yes, but it's summertime... however, I basically do the same thing during school, too...

Today:
30 min steady running
15 min running uphill
1 hr aerobics/weights circuit class
30 min weights (back/shoulders)
30 min stretching/abs
 
^ Prep, I hope you're eating enough to supplement all of that activity! Wow! :flower:

This morning, biked to work, 40 minutes (8 miles)... will do the same this afternoon
 
6/15: 60 minutes run
Note to self- DO NOT eat a bean burrito and coffee for lunch, this is not helpfull no the treadmil.

Good gravy, you must have felt awful. I worked out after eating a bag of beef jerky. That was a bad idea....:sick:

My very first post in this thread :flower:

today:
30 minutes bike
45 minutes aerobics

Now I'm heading to mall so that means shopping + 2 hours walking B)
 
Like, I ran a mile this morning. Woooow. Later...

4 miles at 6mph pace + a cooldown and stretch
Lift bis/tris
1hr 15min power yoga class

For a grand total of like 2.5 hr
 
Inlcine Bench: 3x10
Decline Dumbell: 3x10
Dips to fail: 3
Cable Flies: 3x10
Pressups to fail
Overhead pullovers to fail
crunches
5x12
hanging leg raises
5x12
Twists to fail
30 weighted crunches


1.15 gym time, Chest day today... (if you couldn't guess).


I've never done cardio in my life... not once :lol: hehe
 
:lol: Still sounds like a great routine... you should starting adding some running in there... maybe an hour a week ;) :innocent:
 
How do you guys stay motivated to work out? I work all day, then when I come home, Im pooped. I CANT get up early in the morning to it, not gonna happen, so evening is the only option....Any thoughts or helpful hints???:blink:
 
^ I totally have that issue, my 8 to 5 makes me mentally pooped!
But something I have noticed, the hardest thing about it is getting up to go to the gym.
Force yourself to do it like 2 or 3 times a week. You will notice a blast of energy, and then you can increase (or maintain) your # of visits...
