Plastic'sWife said:^ I totally have that issue, my 8 to 5 makes me mentally pooped!
But something I have noticed, the hardest thing about it is getting up to go to the gym.
Force yourself to do it like 2 or 3 times a week. You will notice a blast of energy, and then you can increase (or maintain) your # of visits...
I dont belong to a gym, I used taebo dvd's. So Im even more pathetic that Im too lazy to put it in the dvd player! I need to do it as soon as I walk in..once I sit down and veg with the tv....FORGET IT!
i guess for me, i have a goal that helps me go past the fatigue and fit it into my schedule. i know that the better i can perform (as a result of working out), the better i feel about myself. that's partly why i do it. so, i'd suggest that you find a goal that is important enough to you and then go for it!

i cant exercise much at the moment as there is too much wrong with my body... so i did a light 16 push ups, 16 sit ups and 20 squats... i cant wait to be well enough to sweat it out in a step class

keep at it
i did one hour on my stepper... i might try one and a half tomorrow
