Went up to the track with my mom (she was walking)... ran a .5 mile warmup. Then I timed myself on a 400m and a 800m, did some striders, and collapsed.
I feel like crap today, I slept till noon and my stomach is so sick... I did an hour of yoga, hopefully that will cure what ails me... Ugh

You collapsed!? Not literally, though.....? You really should lighten up on the exercise.

Thanks for the concern, though. I walked around for 5 minutes and then went and sat in the car and stared at my mobile thinking it might ring.
