Daily Exercise

Went up to the track with my mom (she was walking)... ran a .5 mile warmup. Then I timed myself on a 400m and a 800m, did some striders, and collapsed.

I feel like crap today, I slept till noon and my stomach is so sick... I did an hour of yoga, hopefully that will cure what ails me... Ugh :(

:o You collapsed!? Not literally, though.....? You really should lighten up on the exercise.

thank you for the karma:) You added 60+ pts!

Wow.. really? I didn't know I had that much karma power.

No, I didn't collapse literally  Thanks for the concern, though. I walked around for 5 minutes and then went and sat in the car and stared at my mobile thinking it might ring. ;)

continuing the taking it easy..

CC workout...about 30 min
50 min treadmill... walking/slow running
50 min abs/lifting upper body/stretching

 No, not joking! I did a ton of stretching and walking.. compared to some of the extremely intense stuff I usually do, I took it way easy today.

mine is every other day exercise: yoga for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs several times a week

Yoga   I wish I had more time to devote to my practice. What type of yoga do you do? Do you do it at home or take classes? :flower:

Elite Model.. no, never... I love it... if my body could take it, I would exercise 10 hours a day...

I don't exercise much but when I do, I do it like there's no tomorrow! On friday, I ran on the treadmill for 1 hour, run outside for another house, sit-up for 30 minites, DDR 2 hours, lifting weights(for fun but it's so hard) for 1 hour.

2 hours and 15 minutes of winsor pilates! (advanced version) go me!!:woot:

but oohh man...am i ever gunna feel it tomorrow:doh:

^^ Wow! That's great :D

DDR is rough... I couldn't do it for that long...

Today:
Ran about 7-8 miles on the road
20 min abs

I might do something else... not sure what... maybe some jump squats, squats and pushups... just some plain old stuff for 30 min

20 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minutes of weight training, then 10-20 more minutes on the elliptical or treadmill on an incline

I use to dance ballet and do yoga religiously, I went cyckling the other day, but that is about it nowadays. I have to start doing yoga again

I'm going to live vicariously through this thread. I have a smidge of a sciatica problem (okay, a BIG one) and I can barely do anything right now... it's frustrating... I have to wait until Monday to go to the chiropractor

are you better now? I slept in this morning and didn't go to the track.. I'm working my way up for how long I can jog/run all together. Like adding it all up I can go for a few miles but that's with walking breaks so I'm trying to squeeze it all together. My goal is to add a mile a week to it..

i'm just doing calorie burning right now so today i did a 45 minute kickboxing tape then walked at a quick speed outside for 30 minutes.

Today - 1 hour cardio: running and stair climbing (outdoors)
100 crunches

after missing a day at the track I'm back into it! I jogged for over a mile and walked some too (total 3 something). When I got home I did a few different kinds of weight lifting to help tone my arms.. I can see the muscles coming long and lean:woot:

Ugh. I have NOT been motivated to work out, but I still bike to/from work four days out of the week. I have visitors over the weekends, and it tends to throw me off track. That and my biking accident last Sunday... But overall, just haven't felt motivated. Hopefully just the biking will do for now.
