Good to see you back!!! I like to see how much you work out, and if I don't work out, I would feel like I'm such a slob. Even if I put in 1.5 hours in the gym, I still feel like a slob beside your intensive routines. So that's a good push for me!
 
started walking today and only went about a quarter of a mile and my shins started hurting really bad. so i went home and did 30 minutes of abs and balance stuff.
sucky day.

1.5 hr is alot :D ... you really shouldn't feel like a slob... 1 hr is a day is really all most need...
 
1 hour 20 minutes of walking, running and climbing stairs (outdoors)

We have a ton of hills to climb too.
 
I've been trying to do 1/2 of yoga every evening for the past 2 weeks and some isolation practice for another 15 minutes or so. That's a pretty high achievement for me. :p
 
Mile repeats (3) and cooldown..
Cheer practice (not exercise..)
Walked around at work/volunteer for 4 hours
 
:) have fun. i always lost weight during those weeks.


kickboxing class
ballet stretches.
at home muscle work.
short brisk walk in 94 degree heat. (that's why it was short)
 
Ran 9 miles, walked uphill, did 10 min bike

Lifted chest/bis

Abs

Stretched, Walked

Total: 3.5 hr
 
1 hr Running [7 miles]
40 min lifting back/tris
35 min walking
10 min abs
15 min yoga stretch
 
i wouldn't call it daily exercise, but 1.5 hrs of yoga 2-3 times per week...
 
ive decided that i'm banning myself from this thread..becuz everytime i look at it..i feel guilty...hahah:lol:
especially thesocalledprep! exercise fanaatticccccc:flower:
 
I NEEED HELPP!!! i've just gotten home from 6 weeks in europe and I hadn't realized how much weight I'd gain/ how much muscle i've lost, and it's literally all gone straight to the thighs. I've also been craving crap food which sucks.

Can anyone please help me, I don't know what to do!! I've been doing about 30 mins of cardio for the about the past 5 days and I did an hour walk today (I've just gotten back!) but I'm worried, I worked really hard to get to where I was before I left for my trip. Any tips or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
